Failed Sim Swap

Hello!

I have moved my PAYG number onto PAYM 2 days ago. My pay as you go sim completely lost signal on Thursday, around two hours after I completed the swap. My pay monthly sim also lost signal, but despite numerous restarts of my iPhone XR, attempting to manually select the O2 network and network resets, neither sim has signal.
My temporary PAYM number still shows on My O2, but is “unable to show me plan details”.

I have tried calling O2 several times since 6pm on Thursday to no avail using colleagues phones. I cannot seem to prompt the availability of web chat using the help options online.

Does anyone have a working link? I need my phone for work!

Hi @Ellice

You can call or use Skype. Those are the only options currently.

All numbers including Skype are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

0800 587 4005 is the best one to try.

Keep rebooting the phone.
