Receipt for iphone

I need a copy of my receipt for my iPhone it is not attached to the email. My insurance company need it. I have tried the automated O2 system but it was a waste of time I need it urgently. Can anyone help?

Have checked and there isn’t a receipt there. I have been trying via phone to get one sent but they say they will but they don’t. So annoyed. Very disappointed with o2
