Explain additional charges on bill

Hi there

My bill for October has an additional £6 for abroad charges. When renewing my phone contract in August, I purposefully did so to remove these charges whilst travelling. Please explain why this has happened.

This is not O2. This is a customer community.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Obviously you roamed on a network where O2 Travel applied. (Probably near an EU boarder with a none EU country.)

Count yourself lucky if that is the case as you may have got a much bigger bill if O2 travel was not present

If you want to turn it off then it can be done in Extras in MyO2 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
