Wondering if I am getting a bum deal !
I pay £35 a month for 60g data +free calls and texts.
This month I used an extra 30g of data and my bill is now £105 ! Seems my bill have tripled by using 50% more.
I then log on my O2 and see adverts for unlimited data for £15!! So how is it that long standing customers get the old ****** deals paying extremely high add on charges for something that’s basically being given away outside my pay monthly deal. Should I have to call up every month to make sure I am on the right deal ? Shouldn’t you be looked after and given the best deal regardless? Even pay as you go deals offer better data packages for what I am being charged. Does anyone else pay this much for data ?
