Hi @Signal1

This isn't O2.

Check out this info Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

If nothing works, you may have to consider changing provider.

With hindsight and as you were changing network, you should have tried a few other network sims before purchasing your device. All networks have patchy coverage in certain areas @Signal1

You can call O2 and complain about your issues, though I'm not sure they would be very helpful.
