Esim during coronavirus

Hi,

I need to get hold of an esim as I need to use a handset for work and home. I don’t want to bin my o2 personal sim to be able to use it but I can’t get hold of an esim as there are no open shops and I can’t get through on the phone as calls at prioritised for people with issues or leaving etc.

Any ideas?

The numbers for the payment management team are 0800 325 302 or 0800 902 0217.
