Hi,

During the coronavirus pandemic i was unable to get through to o2 customer support to cancel my o2 insurance bill (£15.00 /month). The first time I tried to do this was March 2020 and I subsequently tried 3 more times after this is April. I eventually used an email to explain that I have been trying to cancel my insurance for 3 months in June and still haven't gotten a response and I am still getting charged for this insurance. Does anyone know how i can cancel this and get refunded the 5 x £15.00 charges I have received for insurance i did not want or need?

Thanks

Adam

Unlikely you'll get a refund to be honest but you need to try these numbers to give 30 days notice

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
