Hi looking gorgeous advice o2 has been messing me about. I called to talk about early upgrade and they put me on hold for 2 hours. I decided to just go elsewhere went through the process but have been met with terrible service and to date despite ending the contract a week ago have failed to have any confirmation from o2 that this has been completed?
Apart from going to ombudsmen any other suggestions?

After 11 days I think I finally have it the text says if I decide to leave but feel this is just poor wording on their part fingers crossed
