Hi looking gorgeous advice o2 has been messing me about. I called to talk about early upgrade and they put me on hold for 2 hours. I decided to just go elsewhere went through the process but have been met with terrible service and to date despite ending the contract a week ago have failed to have any confirmation from o2 that this has been completed?
Apart from going to ombudsmen any other suggestions?

I first called to see how much it would be was given a price then was passed on to cancellation line. The 3rd time of doing this was told it had been done and a pro rata bill would be generated.

Get a PAC or STAC and give it to your new supplier @Donny1
That will cancel your deal with o2.

I tried the stac they said I could not use that as I had 2 phones with them

What a load of rubbish!
You can still get a STAC, you would just need to call them and ask.
Not sure if messaging on social media would get you the code, but you could try?
