My pay monthly contract is about to end and I want to keep my phone and go sim only. Do I need to do anything?

You need to login to your MyO2 and go to your upgrade options and choose a suitable SIM only tariff.

Look in  My O2 and choose UPGRADE to sim only. You should see this

upgrade sim only.PNG

Then you can select the sim only tariff which suits you best.
