End my Contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have been trying to end my contract for over a month now, I cannot find any simple way to do this. You need to give 30 days notice, as my contract end in the first week on January I need to do this now.

The online agents are never available. I do not want to carry on my contract with O2.

Please can someone help me end this contract before I get stuck on a monthly rolling contract! O2 are a rip off and I do not want to be with them any longer

Help here but you must do it through CS as we can't access accounts on here.
Early morning is the best time to call and I wouldn't recommend using live chat at all for this https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/m-p/566774/hig...
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
