I did score them very highly on the SMS feedback, if that goes anywhere?
It does. When I had a painless tariff upgrade a week or so ago....the advisor asked me if I could I make sure I completed the text survey...:smileywink:

I've just had excellent service from O2. I finally decided to get rid of the legacy tariff and spoke to Joanne in customer service and Andy in retentions. I was going to leave but ended up with the 12 month Simplicity 3GB of 4G, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and a loyalty bonus of £4/month meaning I'm paying £16/month. The only downside is I no longer get the 4:1 mms and overseas texts but I don't use mms and all the family have messanger, whatsapp and Line.
Could @Toby please feed this back to the relevant people.
Just to add, waiting time was less than two minutes on subsequent calls. Well pleased and the tariff change has gone through already, as well as Andy sweetening the deal with a free Note 4 cover, screen protector and incar charger!
