Resolved! O2 txt messages.

Hi, I am on the 'big talker' plan with 3000 O2 txt messages, are these txt messages to O2 numbers only as whenever i txt someone it takes it off my balance and not my bundle. Cheers, Pete.

when will the mast at winterhill be fixed? and resume normal service? so i have a signal that is reliable. only live 4 miles from mast.

Can't see my balance

I can't see the balance in my O2 account. I'm on Pay as you Go and I'm using a tablet so I'm wondering if that's why it is unavailable. Is this the case? If not, what is my next step? I want to see how much data I'm using. Thank you.

No online bill payments anymore customer service is pants not had a problem since been with O2 but now problems are coming here there and everywhere defiantly not re doing a contract with them
