Call Allowance itemisation

Anybody know how to get a breakdown of the calls you've made in your current monthly call allowance, please? The app & My O2 suggest I've used nearly all my allowance already this month. I want to check this before I make more calls but I can't get an itemisation of the calls I've apparently made. Tried to app, the website, 2 webchats & a phone call - all the advisors tell me is how to check the itemised calls on my bill. I can do that. What I want is a breakdown of the calls I've made this month BEFORE my next bill arrives.

You can get a list of current calls.

View your latest bill in My O2

Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.

Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills

That will bring up the old style web page

Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu.

Click on 'what I've used'

click on voice calls and you should see numbers called since your last bill.

You can't get it for the current month anymore since My O2 was "improved"

Remember when they asked how we would improve the my O2 app and everyone said nooooooo! Don't touch it, it's perfect.
