O2 Travel confusion - please help !

i’m slightly confused if anyone can help please.

My daughter is in Kenya. 
Even though I have o2 travel bolt on (£6 per day) I was advised Kenya wasn’t one of the countries covered and charges from Kenya would be very expensive. 

looking at my bill this morning (photos attached)

I have been charged £6 for the O2 travel bolt on for yesterday, but all of the calls made are showing as part of her allowance ??!! 

All showing as £0.00 (this call was part of your allowance)

The answer is probably really obvious, but if anyone could explain, I would be very grateful

Kenya is included in the Ultimate Zone bolt on, so calls etc will be included in that.
