Pooped into local shop to see about upgrade as Open now available on iPhone 6. Wasn't sure if I'd pass the Credit Check etc for refresh put was all pretty straightforward enough.
Great Service yet again from O2 Huntingdon!

It was the "poop" that swung it for you slight_smile

Well if I pooped in a shop, I'm sure they would do everything in their power to get me out as quick as possible.
Did you find they tended to your needs better after the poop?

I did wonder why they were being very attentitive?

Joking aside I'm sure the store would be happy to hear the good feedback.

I did score them very highly on the SMS feedback, if that goes anywhere?

It does. When I had a painless tariff upgrade a week or so ago....the advisor asked me if I could I make sure I completed the text survey...:smileywink:

Great to hear you were looked after Deaveman.

Nice to hear some positive feedback and one would hope all customers should receive such a good experience wether in-store or online.

I've just had excellent service from O2. I finally decided to get rid of the legacy tariff and spoke to Joanne in customer service and Andy in retentions. I was going to leave but ended up with the 12 month Simplicity 3GB of 4G, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and a loyalty bonus of £4/month meaning I'm paying £16/month. The only downside is I no longer get the 4:1 mms and overseas texts but I don't use mms and all the family have messanger, whatsapp and Line.

Could @Toby please feed this back to the relevant people.

Just to add, waiting time was less than two minutes on subsequent calls. Well pleased and the tariff change has gone through already, as well as Andy sweetening the deal with a free Note 4 cover, screen protector and incar charger!
