Early upgrade

Hi, it says I have a month and some days left to upgrade from my sim only. Is it possible to get an early upgrade?

You can try calling. Upgrades are taking calls

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
