Morning all so i have took the early upgrade yesterday that i was offered but there was a sim card and air time plan in the basket as well does this mean there is going to be another air time plan to pay for thus a new number as well. I clicked the option to use my own sim but i definetley clicked upgrade and not new line. i have bee hearing it is a spare sim in case needed so if that's the case would it just be 2x device plans and 1x aitime plan every month as i will still need to pay off my current device.

Thanks Jason

If you clicked upgrade and keep my sim, there should not be an additional sim or line in your basket.

They would have also added the amount you need to pay off your device plan to your basket.

If you have none of that, you have been given a new contract and will have two device and airtime plans running currently.

For clarification, you will need to Guide: How to find help & contact O2 or contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works for you - on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255.
