Hi im wondering does O2 have a thing like EE where you can add a device for example a smart watch to a current contract

Apart from Apple watch O2 require you to buy all accessories outright and cannot be added to contracts.

You can currently add apple watches to your account and certain tablets as well. You can do all this via the O2 website , customer service or if you pop into your local store they will also be able to advise on options for you.

Does the apple watches work with any phones or just apple

The apple watches will only work with Iphone. If you have an iphone on o2 you can add an apple watch where it can be linked with the same number.
