Is there anyway you can down your package? don't use my 2gb data and barley use any of my free minutes paying a lot of money a month

Before I replied to the OP I googled this and read 4 threads that both you @jonsie and @MI5 had posted on....The answer was the same on all 4 of them. Stopped in March 2012......so if you took out a 2 year contract in Feb 2012 this would have ended in Feb 2014....

As you can see, the option is there, and before i upgraded I could move up one level, or down one level.

So it's dependent on your particular contract. However, Refresh customers definitely cannot lower tariff.
