No bill notifcation

I get billed on the 14th of every month and get a text and email confirming a bill has arrived for me to view on my O2. Yesterday or today i didnt get any notification. There is a bill been generated which is correct and due at the end of December, just weird ive not recieved the email or text with the amount on it. Anyone else not get theres yesterday? (not sure if all bills are generated on the same day)

I would think that generating 23 million bills on the same day might be a bit much. I'm sure everyone's bill dates are from the day their contract begins. If you're concerned about why you haven't received your notification you can call customer service on 202 from your mobile. It's a free call.

 

Edit: Actually it's probably more like 13 million, as I think there are 10 million Pay & Go customers, but even 13 million bills would be a lot to get out in one day.Crazy

Yes I get the same...A text and email. I can then go in and view my bill.....
