Dear Sir/Madam,
Sorry that I made mistakes for the monthly top up. I paid two times of top up on November (11/11/2022), so the bank deducted £10+£10 in my bank account. Actually, it should be £10 only. Please help to check my monthly bill. However, how could I get the refund?

As far as I am aware refunds are not possible on top ups
Have you rung 4445 to check?

Overpayments will remain as credit on your account and be used towards next months bill.
By the time O2 refunded you, your next bill will be due anyway, so best to just leave it as credit.
