I have searched but could not find any responses to my question;
I am an existing O2 customer and have just upgraded to O2 Refresh from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6 - I am keeping my number but upgrading my tariff. I have had all the texts through to my old phone stating that my tariff has changed overthe day that I upgraded. I have just received my new handset today, with a new SIM card - do I need to use this new SIM card or use my old one? They are both nano SIMs.

Just to let you all know, I swapped the old SIM for the new SIM provided, and it has all swapped over successfully. The old sim was indeed not 4G activated, but the new one is all working fine. Thank you so much for all your help.
