I placed an order for a brand new iPhone 13 and a contract along with it. I received an email saying that my order was under review from the credit team and that I should be emailed back within 24 hours. I wasn’t. And now 02 have taken £30 out of my bank account for the initial payment with no update on whether or not I’m receiving the phone and I am supposed to be picking it up from O2 store tomorrow. The order number is (REMOVED)
