I have a Nokia 105, and used the menus to divert all calls to another mobile number. I get the message 'request not completed'. I can't find an answer elsewhere, does anyone else know?

Try the codes in this guide Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901
Although if for some reason wifi calling is enabled on your account, you will need O2 to turn it off first.

Not yet. I spoke to a person in a local O2 shop who suggested I call o2 support.

Customer services can't make it work either. Trying to activate a divert by them also fails. They've now requested a divert by the back office people.
