Divert All Calls - Request Not Completed

I have a Nokia 105, and used the menus to divert all calls to another mobile number. I get the message 'request not completed'. I can't find an answer elsewhere, does anyone else know? Thanks, Bill

Customer services can't make it work either. Trying to activate a divert by them also fails. They've now requested a divert by the back office people.

Not yet. I spoke to a person in a local O2 shop who suggested I call o2 support.
