Hi,
Recently upgraded my phone contract (SIM only) so that I could get the free 6 month Disney+ subscription.
Activated the offer few days ago (10th May) - put in my email details (different from those that O2 have) but was working fine. Went back to it yesterday and now it's saying I need to renew my subscription!?
Did have 2 subscriptions running parallel at that time on that email address but the other subscription ran out on 11th May.
Any help appreciated.

I'd use your O2 email address and redeem through your MyO2 extras.
