Hi, I’ve just upgraded earlier this week and trying to add the Disney+ Extra but clicking on the Add extra button, accepting the terms and then Confirm simply returns an error “Oops ! Sorry, we weren't able to add your extra. Please try again.” .... I’ve tried regularly over the last 3 days but the same error appears. Any ideas?

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Would you be able to help @02Customer as we have seen quite a few of these issues over the last few days, and cancelling and creating new email addresses seems to be the wrong way to fix this.

Hi @O2Georgina even I'm having same issue. I've recently upgraded to new tariff which came with 12months of free Disney+ subscription. However when I try to enable the Disney+ extra from myo2 I'm getting error - "Oops ! Sorry, we weren't able to add your extra. Please try again.” I have tried it for couple of days already but still the same issue. 

can you please help me enable Disney+.

Has the issue been reported to O2 now as there are many posts about this on the forum?
