Hello everyone I want to pay off my device plan. How do i do this? Once i am have done this does it mean i can leave o2 and get a pac code?

You have two choices.

You can call O2 to pay it off, numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Or just request your PAC Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] and give this to your new network.

Once they process the changeover, your O2 contract will be cancelled and a final bill, including your device plan payment, will be generated.

Leave your direct debit in place and the amount you owe will be collected automatically.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
