Cant track my order

Hi, so I already have 2 phones on contract (for my and my wife) yesterday i ordered 2 more phones (for my kids xmas presents as we feel they are ready) the issue is have is, I had the order conformation and received both credit agreements via email however only one has shipped and showing on my O2 account, there is no sign of the other one on my account even though I have all the confirmations and agreements for it, both phones were in stock for next day delivery and in haven't received anything saying one got cancelled. Would it just be as simple as they are nothing being shipped under the same shipment number or is there something wrong?

You need to check with O2. All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Edited to add, O2's order system is not live, so one may be out of stock. You can only find out by calling O2.
