Hi there,

I have paid up two devices on my Pay Monthly account but am still being charged for the tariffs on both...How do I cancel these so no more money goes on these devices and the Airtime bill?

TIA

@Lily1

The only way you can do that is to switch to PAYG.

You cannot keep the number on O2 without paying.

To switch, you need to speak to customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2
