so I paid a £475 deposit when adding a new contract for preorder of s20 ultra. I paid the deposit at the end of Feb, do I get the deposit 3 months from when its paid or 3 months from when contract goes live?

Well, it's after you've paid 3 bills, whenever they may start.
Obviously if you preorder it will be longer for your 1st bill to arrive.

So its actually 5 months then? As it was nearly a month after got my first device bill, then if there is 3 bills then refunded on next bill, thats 5?
