Delivery address

Hi,

I put in an order for OnePlus 3 on Thursday 20th October and was not aware at that time it was out of stock. I put my current address on the order expecting it to come next day, however, it is unknown when it will come, am I able to change my delivery address as I'm moving tomorrow?

Kind regards

Hi, thanks for quick reply. The reason I ask on here is that I did the live chat and was told for security reasons it wasn't possible, but I wonder if he just meant through chat!

It's quite ridiculous really. The phone was ordered and address given at that time. It's hardly @Anonymous's fault that this device is out of stock. Unless they are allowed to change their delivery address this phone could quite easily end up god knows where?

If they don't allow the address change then cancellation would be the next step I presume.

I can see both sides but you would hope that common sense would prevail!
