Delete pay monthly account

Hi
I would like to delete my current pay monthly plan and come back to top up as you by keeping my number.
With one is the simplest way to do that?

Call CS on 202 and they will switch you to PAYG.
You may have to pay cancellation fees if your contract isn't complete yet.

Yes you don't make it clear if your contract has finished. No problem at all if it is, a simple phone call to customer service.
