Hi I get a duplicate of my sim card 3 days ago. The customer told me that it should start work within next 24 hours but it doesnt. Can you help me ?

Is this a replacement for a lost sim? If so there may be a block on the account which you need to get customer service to remove. If it just needs to activate then again, give them a call.
