My data is running away even though I am connected to WiFi I added additional data and it is gone what is happening.Cant speak to anyone as they only dealing with people who want to leave

Same thing has happened to me today. I think O2 has a problem. I have never used my allowance in over 6 years

@Stef400@JennBarr Go into the Settings on your phones and turn off mobile data. It could be apps updating in the background. You need to set your phones to update over WiFi only.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Check for WiFi assist or if the setting to swap to mobile data if WiFi connection poor is off.
