4G Wi-fi calling

Hi,

I’m trying to enable Wi-fi calling on my iPhone XS (it worked previously with O2 and I’ve just come back to the network after a short spell with BT). The online guide says I need to enable this in myO2, but doesn’t say where snouts. I’ve tried under my phone number, but cannot find it. Anybody have an idea?
