I’ve just moved over to O2 via car phone warehouse and bought a plan with 45GB data but on My O2 it says I’ve only got 15GB of data? I can’t find anything about this on the car phone warehouse website. Has this happened to anyone else? Where has my monthly allowance gone??

Hi, I got the same issue since mine has switched over. My extra data has now disappeared. I’m paying for 30GB and only getting 10?! Did you manage to fix this in the end?

I have but it seems to have disappeared, my allowance usually renews on the 27th and the last time I checked it which was the day before, it was there. My contact ends in December. I got 100% notification last night to find out that I’ve used all my data (10GB) but the Bolt on had disappeared.
