Data usage in previous periods

Not applicable

Does anyone know how to view my data usage in historical billing periods? I can see that minutes usage is shown, but not data.

You can see your last 3 months in your MyO2 or if you call customer service on 202 they can give you it for a longer period.
It's in your tariff section of MyO2.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

I stumbled on this thread trying to find it too. I found it on the website. More -> tariff details -> then there's a see my previous usage section. They seem to have got rid of it in the app recently, I used to be able to find it.

If on 360 click the Data Circle, scroll down to the bottom of the page that opens, click the link and you will see a graph of the previous six months

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
