Solved: Vas Change order - I didnt order anything

Hi

I have just had a text and email that said I ordered something when I didnt. On my account it says it was for a Vas Change. Is this a scam?

O2 are changing you over to the new billing system.

Emails and texts sent out should be a bit clearer about the reason.
