Hi,
It's been days now that I have tried to contact O2 customer service without success. I am currently in Europe and I am not able to access data from my phone. Before the switch from Virgin to O2, my (same) mobile was fine and I could access the internet from anywhere in Europe. Since the switch, I am not able to.
I called some months ago O2, while in the UK, and they assured me that there was nothing they had to do with this. But then why I cannot access my data? I have enabled the data roaming, and followed all their instructions, but it's not working.
Any idea?
Also, how can it be impossible to speak with a member of their team for days? Shocking...

ust leave all the other settings as they were and just change the APN to mobile.o2.co.uk instead of idata.o2.co.uk
