Data loss when porting

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi,

My number was ported on 21/12/17 at around 11 in the morning. When I first had my new O2 number I had an extra 9gb added to my 3gb to make it 12gb. But now it has gone down to only 3gb. Is this normal? Should I just wait?

It's not unknown for O2's systems to be slow in updating, but no harm in chasing it up with customer service http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
