Data Charge?

Just noticed this data charge for my colleague, she has been in USA for 4 weeks, flew back to Heathrow on the 4th Jan, she wants to know why she has been charged for Country Norway???? (see below) Also she removed her o2 sim card until 4th Jan, used a Three Sim whilst in the USA!

Just one query though...if this was charged whilst on the plane, would mobile data have been turned on...or some other reason?

The phone may have been set to switch data on by default when rebooting. At £6/MB the data used was minimal.

The OP had never said what phone his colleague was using. Could be an iPhone that does that switch to mobile data. Can't remember what it's called?

Still, a positive outcome, which is good news.
