Lost credit

Hi I contacted customer service to get pay&go sim reactivated as it hadn't been used for over 6 months. This has been done but the credit is saying 0.00. Does this mean the £7 credit that was previously on there has been lost or can I get it back?

You will get it back but it takes a further 24 hours to appear. If you haven't received it after this time then call them back.

You should be able to get it back but you'd need to speak to cs again.

Didn't know you could restart a pay and sim after it was closed off. Did they give yoi the same number?

The number hadn't been used for 6 months therefore it became inactive. A call to CS will usually get the same number reactivated

This only works,if the number hasn't been reallocated somewhere else.

My son's sim (he lives in Berlin) was reactivated after 10 months just 2 weeks ago. Credit was reinstated 24 hours later.
