Hi,

My current tariff states a max download of 75gb/month. All the counters on my O2 phone and pc apps say Unlimited data. It does seem to cap at 75gb but I can't track how much I've used. Why is this?

If this is an error and there is an option for unlimited data on my tariff (data only mobile internet device). How do I upgrade?

Kind regards

Graeme

@twoferapound

I assume you are checking through your MyO2?

http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Not sure why it would show as unlimited so maybe a glitch in your account setup.

Give customer service a call to see if they can reset something to show the data usage Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
