My 2 year contract is half way through and when I signed up I had 75GB of data, this month My O2 app is only showing 25GB data allowance, has anyone had this issue?

I have not tried, @Shanno- I prefer trying that type of call around 08:30 UK time, but in the current climate, I expect even that time will involve a wait to some degree. Unlike your case, I can live without the 3X bolt-on for a week or two.

I got caught up in something else this morning, @Shanno, so never got to call. Bolt-on still missing in MyO2, but shows as a 2-year bolt-on in my contract doc, expiring mid-Jan 2021. I plan to try calling CS tomorrow morning.
Did you get through, if you tried, this morning?
