Hi,
How did you 'upgrade' ?
An upgrade cancels the old contract and starts the new one automatically.
Im thinking you have accidently taken out a 2nd contract.
You do have 7 working days to cancel your 2nd contract.

Hi direct with o2, for the last 5 contracts ive usually spoken to somebody but this time the upgrade just kept rolling on and i thought this was a new way of doing it, so i kept filling in the QA .
o2 started trying to take money from my account twice.i stopped it and they cut me off, this all started in Sept.

If it were me I'd be checking they hadn't applied any defaults with any credit agencies - They are very quick to if you owe them any money......
