DASH_ERR04: Cant download old bills

Is anyone else getting this error when trying to download their Bill? I have cleared Cache, used different browsers and even different machines and can't download any of my bills. I was on live chat and was told that if I wanted the bill sent out then I would be charged! All I need is a copy of my Bill emailed to me for my accounts.

I think you missed my point. I have already raised a complaint within o2 and via resolver. There have been mixed messages here about whether customer services can or can't supply a copy of the bill via email or post. Some people have been told something will be posted and/or that there will be a charge for a paper copy. My experience was that CS can provide a pdf copy of the bill by email immediately if you get through to someone who is sympathetic to your predicament.

Luck of the draw should not be the norm for calls relating to this known issue. It *should* be standard practice until the known issue is resolved for everyone.

Weeks have passed. Still no fix. Bills that were promised still haven't arrived. I've complained via resolver.

There is no excuse and no good reason for not posting bills. Apathy still reigns at O2.
