Is anyone else getting this error when trying to download their Bill? I have cleared Cache, used different browsers and even different machines and can't download any of my bills. I was on live chat and was told that if I wanted the bill sent out then I would be charged! All I need is a copy of my Bill emailed to me for my accounts.

Good luck mate, the more customers that complain the more likely they are to get someone on it.

@AnonymousI would advise you to make a complaint. The more people complain then hopefully O2 will listen https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Just had my daily chat with the offshore call centre and what could be done a couple of days ago (send out an emailed bill) was impossible today. Due to the fact the emailed bill is now over 40 hours late i'm guessing i was lied to before.
Anyone know what the consequence will be if i just cancel my direct debit? Obviously they'll then have to waste their time contacting me because i'll have broken the contract, but they've broken it before me. I've kept my online chat transcripts showing that they say they have 'sent' me bills via post and email, which i'm not receiving.

@AnonymousWe would never advise just cancelling a direct debit. As unfair as this all is, you would be the one to suffer the consequences. Your account would be handed over to debt collectors and your credit would suffer badly...:smileysad:

@Anonymous as @Cleoriff says it will just hurt your credit score . I would advise all affected to now lodge a formal complaint using the resolver option here https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
