I am getting FEDUP with the stupid silicon brain that is behind 202; can't understand what I want.
All I know is AI is not going to take over the world !
I have been double billed by O2 on accessories when upgrading, but I can't find a way to complain. I simply want a customer services email address.
Can someone oblige ?
